Seeking support for our mental health can be a really intimidating first step. Mental health struggles can be incredibly isolating and human connection is a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside my clients on their unique journeys. In sessions we may explore relationships, communication patterns, coping skills—with consideration to how trauma, family systems, attachment, and other identities and factors shape our experiences.

Recognizing that each client's needs are unique, my goal is to provide adaptable and individualized therapy. I approach each client's journey from a holistic perspective because one size does not fit all!

In my practice, I embrace an integrated approach, drawing upon techniques from Emotionally-Focused therapy, Family Systems, Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Narrative therapies.
