Embarking on the therapeutic journey requires courage and commitment. Acknowledging this, I am wholeheartedly devoted to cultivating a secure and comforting therapeutic environment for everyone, including children and teens.
Working with youth, I integrate both non-directive and directive play therapy in tandem with traditional talk therapy interventions. This may look like:
Play therapy
Sandtray
Expressive Arts
I tailor my sessions to align with the child or teens interests and support needs.
I have a background in working with neurodivergent children and I worked closely with children with varying emotional, social, and physical needs. Through this, I prioritize creating a supportive environment that is comprehensive in nature. I work diligently with young children and teens to explore their emotions, foster a sense of self, navigate relationships, and address their unique needs.
